So its official, fans worldwide are gearing themselves up for the global launch of Gears of War 3 on September 20, 2011. To give people an even bigger incentive to be excited about the release Epic Games & Microsoft Studios released a special developer ViDoc entitled "Making Gears 3: Wicked Workshop" which shows the exclusive content that will be available with the Gears of War 3 Epic & Limited Editions

Below is a list of the goodies you will receive upon purchasing the Limited & Epic versions of the game upon release.

• Limited Edition (RRP on this will be about $79.99, £49.99).

-          Octus Award Display Box and Octus Service Medal—Replicas of the honours bestowed on Adam Fenix, Marcus’s father, for his work on the Hammer of Dawn

-          Unlockable Adam Fenix Multiplayer Character—Each Octus Service Medal replica is engraved with a unique Xbox LIVE code that unlocks Adam Fenix in multiplayer.

-          Fabric COG Flag—proud colours that once flew above the House of Sovereigns.

-          Personal Effects of Adam Fenix—Includes his “Last Will and Testament,” the initial Hammer of Dawn schematic, and other Fenix family mementos.

• Epic Edition (RRP for this will be around about $109.99). Well worth it if you’re a die hard Gears fan.
